- Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented fresh graduates or diploma holders (Mechanical Engineering) to join our team as Regional Sales Executive. This is a field-based sales role where you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth for our industrial products.

- Mandatory Requirements:

1. Own Laptop (for reporting, CRM, and communication)
2. Own Two-Wheeler / Vehicle (for field visits)- Excellent Communication Skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate recent business leads through cold calling, networking,



and field visits.
- Meet potential customers, present products, and understand their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records of all activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report directly to the Owner and collaborate with the sales team.
