Job Description: Site Engineer (Interior Company) Location: Nagarbavi, Bangalore

About the RoleWe are looking for a Site Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or both). You will manage day-to-day site execution and make sure work is delivered to drawings, quality standards, budget, and timeline.

- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute interior works on site as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling, flooring, and other trade teams.
- Coordinate with designers, the project manager, vendors, and clients to resolve site issues quickly.
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules and track progress against the project timeline.
- Check materials on delivery for quality and quantity, and keep material records.
- Take measurements, prepare site measurement sheets, and verify contractor and vendor bills.
- Ensure quality control at every stage,



including woodwork, finishes, and civil work.
- Follow site safety practices and maintain site cleanliness.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) with photos and update management.
- Manage snagging, handover, and closure of punch-list items.
- Required Skills and QualificationsDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of site execution experience in an interior company or fit-out firm (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, veneers, gypsum and POP ceilings, flooring, glass, hardware, and paints.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel; basic project scheduling tools are a plus.
- Valuable understanding of site measurements, quantity estimation, and BOQs.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and labour teams.
