Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to manage a collection team, achieve recovery targets, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of collection executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and recovery rates.
- Track daily collection reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Guide team members in handling customer queries and payment follow-ups professionally.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and collection regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with managers and clients regarding collection performance and escalations.
- Ensure ethical customer communication and timely reporting.
