- The role involves communicating with US customers, understanding their moving requirements, recommending suitable moving services, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, and providing excellent customer support throughout the process.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Consistently work towards improving sales performance and conversion rates.
Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- International BPO / US Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift
