Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage transportation, shipment coordination, inventory movement, and delivery operations. The candidate will ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain accurate logistics records, and coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities.

Plan and monitor the movement of goods from warehouse to destination.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and warehouse staff.

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, shipping documents, and other logistics paperwork.

Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and inventory movement.

Monitor transportation costs and help optimize logistics expenses.

Handle delivery delays, shipment issues, and customer complaints.

Update shipment status and maintain reports using Excel or logistics software.





Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and shipment tracking is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations is preferred.
