Manage daily operations across assigned hoods to ensure smooth service execution and adherence to SOPs. ● Drive key metrics such as booking loss reduction, EOB closures, utilization, productivity, and on-time service delivery. ● Monitor performance dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and take quick, data-backed decisions to resolve issues. ● Manage service experts’ attendance, shift readiness, performance, and overall availability. ● Conduct daily team engagement, briefings, and initiatives to retain, motivate, and improve field productivity. ● Track TAT, service quality, and customer feedback; identify gaps and support continuous process improvements. ● Collaborate with central ops, training, supply, and city teams; provide structured daily/weekly performance reports to the RCLM.
