Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and creatives.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams.
- Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.




- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the brand’s online reputation.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and growth.

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
