Position

Interior Designer

Responsibilities

* Create Functional and Aesthetic Interior Design Concepts.

* Prepare Interior Layouts, Working Drawings and Detail Drawings.

* Develop 2D & 3D Designs with Realistic Renders.

* Prepare Client Presentation Drawings and Mood Boards.

* Select Materials, Finishes, Furniture, Lighting and Décor Elements.

* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Vendors and Clients.

* Conduct Site Visits and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.

* Prepare BOQ and Interior Project Documentation.





* Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

* Diploma in Interior Design.

* Minimum 1 Years of Interior Design Experience.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office.

* Strong Knowledge of Interior Materials, Furniture, Lighting and Detailing.

* Good Communication and Client Handling Skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
