? Experience: 4–8 years in General Trade Sales and Retail Outlet Management Key Responsibilities:

Manage retail outlets under the General Trade channel.

Ensure product placement, visibility, and market penetration.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle retailer collections and timely payments.

Execute branding and promotional activities.

Build solid relationships with retailers and distributors.

Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of retail sales and market development.

Target-oriented approach and relationship management.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
