JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Manager – Audit

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Post-Qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Mandatory Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Work experience in Ind AS and Statutory Audit is mandatory.
- Big 4 experience in audit/assurance is preferred.
- Healthcare/hospital industry experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to hospital units as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory audits, quarterly limited reviews, and financial statement reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Handle Internal Financial Controls (IFC), control testing, risk assessment,



and audit observations.
- Coordinate tax audits and cost audits with external auditors and finance teams.
- Review related-party transactions and arm’s length analysis.
- Monitor internal controls, compliance, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Big 4 firms, external auditors, tax consultants, and internal finance teams.
- Lead audit assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct operational audits, cash verification, and process reviews across hospital units.
