Customer Service:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and information about our menu.
- Handle special requests and accommodate dietary preferences.

Order Taking & Transaction Handling:

- Accurately take customer orders via POS system.
- Process cash and credit card payments.
- Ensure that all transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Beverage & Food Preparation:

- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Assemble straightforward food items such as pastries, sandwiches,



and snacks.
- Ensure all items are presented neatly and served at the correct temperature.

Maintain Cleanliness:

- Keep the counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Ensure that equipment, utensils, and serving areas are sanitized regularly.
- Assist in restocking supplies such as coffee beans, cups, and napkins.

Teamwork:

- Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service and quality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning tasks.
