Job Title: Collection Executive (Voice Process)

Role : Collection Executive (BPO)

Key Responsibilities-

Outbound Calling: Make high-volume collection calls to past-due accounts daily.

Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements or structured settlement plans within company guidelines.

Data Recording: Update customer account notes and payment statuses accurately in the CRM system.

Compliance: Follow all legal and ethical collection guidelines (such as the Fair PL Collection Practices Act or local regulations).

Requirements and Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Experience:0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or collections calling.

Education: High school diploma or 10TH (Graduation is a plus).

Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation and EXCEL.

Working Days.

Schedule:6 working days per week (fixed day shifts).

Timing : 10:00AM TO 07:00PM

language : Hindi,(mandatory) English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada

Salary Range

₹1.8 Lakhs to ₹2.64 Lakhs per year. (approx. ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month)
