Required: Qualified & Skilled ITI certificate in Fitter Trade from a recognized institute.

Experience: 0-5 Years

Reporting To: HOD & Management

Job Responsibilities

- Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for fitting operations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Inspect mechanical parts to ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Identify mechanical faults and assist in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in positive condition.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).




- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Support production, maintenance, and laboratory teams as required.
- Report daily work progress, equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities, and technical issues to the Plant Head and Management.
- Follow instructions issued by the Plant Head and Management and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and maintenance.
- Ability to use vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and industrial safety practices.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
