Job Title: Loss Prevention Co-Ordinator (LP)

Location: Pune / Mumbai (as applicable)

Job Summary: We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Loss Prevention Supervisor to safeguard company assets, minimize shrinkage, prevent theft, and ensure adherence to security and operational compliance standards within the store.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor store activities to prevent theft, fraud, pilferage, and inventory losses.
- Conduct routine surveillance and security checks across the store.
- Carry out investigations related to stock variances, suspicious activities, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security policies, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Loss Prevention reports.
- Coordinate with Store Manager and department heads on loss control initiatives.
- Verify inward and outward movement of goods and maintain relevant records.
- Conduct audits, bag checks, and gate controls as per company policy.
- Support stock count activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Attend to emergencies and report incidents promptly.
