Job DescriptionOm Sai Building Solutions is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, generate quality leads, and improve our online presence for residential construction, commercial construction, and premium interior design services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate genuine leads from Bengaluru for home construction and interior design services.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, captions, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and campaign performance.
- Perform keyword research, SEO, website optimization, and Google Business Profile management.




- Analyze campaign reports and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
- Support website content updates, local SEO, and brand awareness activities.
- Skills RequiredBasic to positive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- EligibilityExperience: 0–2 years; freshers with practical knowledge may apply.
