A Field Recruiter for Delivery Executives is an on-ground HR or talent acquisition role where you spend most of your work time outside the office sourcing, pitching, and onboarding gig workers, delivery riders, and drivers

Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Sourcing: Visit local markets, high-footfall areas, residential hubs, driving schools, and transit spots to find active or passive delivery candidates.
- Bulk & Mass Hiring: Drive high-volume daily and monthly recruitment targets for last-mile delivery and e-commerce companies
