Recruitment Consultant / Career Advisor – US Staffing (IT & Non-IT)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

ROLE OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Recruitment Consultant / Career Advisor – US Staffing (IT & Non-IT), you will work closely with candidates to understand their professional backgrounds, assess their career goals, identify suitable opportunities, and support recruitment and career consulting activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Candidate Consultation: Communicate with candidates to understand their professional backgrounds, career objectives, job-search preferences, and employment requirements.
- Resume & LinkedIn Assessment: Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, skills, work experience, and target roles to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Career Guidance & Profile Positioning: Recommend practical strategies to improve resume quality, LinkedIn presence, professional positioning, and visibility among recruiters.
- Program Explanation & Onboarding: Explain the company's services, program structure, onboarding process, and next steps to prospective candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify, contact,



and screen candidates for relevant US IT and Non-IT opportunities.
- Job Requirement Analysis: Review job descriptions, understand hiring requirements, and assess candidate suitability for relevant positions.
- Recruitment & Application Coordination: Support candidate profile alignment, job applications, submission processes, and recruitment-related activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with recruiters, staffing partners, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate recruitment progress.
- Interview Coordination & Follow-Ups: Assist with interview scheduling, candidate preparation, status updates, and timely follow-ups.
- Pipeline & Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines, interaction notes, and activity updates in the company's systems.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build professional relationships with candidates, coordinate progress reviews, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Performance & Process Improvement: Meet assigned performance targets and contribute to improving consultation quality, recruitment workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Industry & Market Awareness: Stay informed about US hiring trends, recruitment practices, and relevant employment requirements.
- AI & Recruitment Technology: Use appropriate AI tools, CRM platforms, and digital productivity solutions to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAEducation: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work the specified US night shift from our Ahmedabad office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in speaking with candidates, building professional relationships, and conducting follow-ups.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office,



Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or CRM platforms will be an advantage.
- Learning Mindset: Interest in recruitment, US staffing, career consulting, technology, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Professional Attitude: A proactive approach, willingness to learn, accountability, and the ability to work toward individual and team goals.

Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in recruitment, US staffing, sales, customer service, career consulting, or business development will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

- Work Mode: Full-time, on-site at Money Plant Highstreet, Gota, Ahmedabad.
