Job Title: Shopify & AI Automation Executive (E-commerce)

About Us:

KisanVeda (Kisan Bazaar) is a growing organic D2C brand in Surat, selling A2 milk & ghee, spices, millets, oils and other farm-fresh products directly from farmers to customers. We sell through our own Shopify website, Amazon and our store in City Light, Surat.

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI-first, tech-savvy person whose No. 1 strength is Shopify. You will own our Shopify website end to end – find bugs, fix them and keep improving it – and use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter. Amazon listings and automation are also part of the role, but Shopify comes first.

AI Tools – Paid by Company:

We want someone who uses AI as much as possible in daily work. The company will pay for paid plans of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Shopify Magic etc.) and will also buy any new AI tool or subscription you need to do the work better.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shopify Website (Top Priority): Audit our Shopify store, find and fix bugs – broken pages, wrong prices/variants, theme and app issues, image problems, checkout/payment errors, speed and mobile issues. Keep products, collections and offers updated.

2. AI-Powered Work: Use AI tools for product descriptions, SEO content, product images, ad creatives, customer replies, data analysis and reports. Build AI workflows/agents, try new AI tools and suggest how our team can use them.

3. Automation & Integrations: Set up WhatsApp Business API messages (order confirmation,



shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders). Connect Shopify with Zoho and WhatsApp using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, n8n or webhooks so orders and customer data sync automatically.

4. Website SEO: Improve product titles, descriptions, meta tags, image alt text and site structure so our website ranks better on Google.

5. Amazon Listings: Create and update listings on Amazon Seller Central with SEO-friendly titles, bullets and descriptions; basic inventory and account health updates.

6. Reporting: Simple weekly report on website fixes, AI/automation work done, Amazon performance and abandoned cart recovery.

Must Have:

- Hands-on Shopify experience: theme customization, apps, finding and fixing website bugs. Basic Liquid/HTML/CSS is a strong plus.

- Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.) and eager to learn new AI and automation tools quickly.

Positive to Have:

- Amazon Seller Central listing experience.

- WhatsApp Business API tools (Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, Gupshup or similar).

- Zoho, Zapier/Make/n8n, API and webhook integrations.

- Experience with D2C, FMCG or food brands.

Note: Shopify experience will be given first priority. Candidates with only Amazon/marketplace experience and no Shopify work may not be shortlisted. In the interview, please show (1) Shopify stores you worked on and a bug you fixed, and (2) examples of work you did using AI tools.
