Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare production plans and daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and design departments.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.
- Plan material requirements as per production schedules.
- Track machine manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly activities.
- Identify production delays and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports and planning records.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and machines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in production planning in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and production planning tools.
- Positive coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
