Samosa Interactive is looking for a Business Development Executive to work closely with the founding team and help grow our B2B technology products.
The initial focus will primarily be on Samosa Fleet, our logistics and fleet operations platform, where you will connect with logistics and transport businesses across Kerala.
This is a hands-on sales role. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating the product, following up and working towards closing business.
What you’ll do
- Research and identify potential B2B customers
- Generate leads and build your own sales pipeline
- Make outbound calls and connect with business owners/decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant problems
- Present and demonstrate Samosa Interactive products
- Schedule and attend customer meetings
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Participate in commercial discussions and work towards closures
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Share market and customer feedback with the founding/product team
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Client Acquisition or a similar sales role
- Comfortable identifying and contacting new prospects independently
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Willing to learn technology products and explain them in simple language
- Comfortable attending customer meetings and travelling when required
- Target-driven, consistent and willing to take ownership
Experience in SaaS, software or technology sales is helpful, but not mandatory.
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Work Type: Full time, Work from Office
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and fit
Sales Incentive:
10% incentive on business successfully closed by you, payable once the corresponding customer payment is received by Samosa Interactive.
There is no upper limit on earning through incentives, performance directly impacts your earning potential.
