- Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
- Order Taking: Answer menu questions, explain daily specials, note dietary restrictions or allergies, and input orders accurately via POS systems or notepads.
- Serving Orders: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar promptly while checking for presentation, accuracy, and proper temperature.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the meal, refill drinks, pre-bus empty plates, and explicit or reset tables after guests leave.
- Payment Processing: Prepare bills, process cash, credit cards, or digital payments, and thank guests upon departure.
