The Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, and related equipment to ensure safe and productive operation in accordance with Mahindra's quality and safety standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Repair and replace defective components as required.
- Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other system inspections, depending on the assigned role.
- Follow standard operating procedures, technical manuals, and safety guidelines.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service records, job cards, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure quality workmanship and complete assigned jobs within the specified time.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
