About the RoleCode Sparrow is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, social media creatives, branding, and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and engaging video content for our clients across various industries.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Create banners, promotional posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, logos and other marketing materials.
- Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, promotional videos and short-form content for social media.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Create designs and videos according to client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to deliver creative projects on time.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, video editing and social media trends.




- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Good knowledge of video editing and short-form video creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual composition.
- Understanding of social media creative formats and video aspect ratios.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual content.
- Good time management, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a digital marketing agency or creative design team.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and AI-based creative tools.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital advertising and social media marketing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills.
