Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining insurance plans, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Explain policy perks, premiums, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
- Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a sales-oriented environment.
