- Position: Telesales Executive – Outbound Lead Generation
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Shift Timing: ? 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
? TRAINING & ASSESSMENT
- 7 days of mandatory virtual training
- Mock call assessment to evaluate communication skills and sales readiness
- No office visit required for training or assessment
- Successful completion of training and assessment is mandatory
⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have:
- Their Own Laptop
- Good-Quality Headphones with a Microphone
- Stable and Reliable Wi-Fi Connection
- A quiet work environment at home
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to make cold calls and work night shifts
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to international clients
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling
- Explain company services and handle customer objections
- Maintain daily call reports and follow up with potential clients
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
