Job Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, Instagram Reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, advertisements and other visual content for SST Developers. The role requires solid video editing skills, creativity, an understanding of social media trends and the ability to deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
- Create engaging real-estate project videos, property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
- Edit videos for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Add text, captions, transitions, music, sound effects and visual effects.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading and audio enhancement.




- Create videos according to SST Developers' brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert raw footage into professional and engaging marketing content.
- Keep up with social media trends, Reel formats, editing styles and content trends.
- Create multiple versions of videos in different formats such as 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
- Support video requirements for property launches, events, festivals, campaigns and corporate activities.
- Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and completed videos.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and handle multiple projects when required.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve video content based on campaign performance and audience response.
