We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process orders on the computer system
• Pick required spare parts from warehouse inventory
• Verify parts against orders and pack them properly
• Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery boys/riders
• Maintain accurate order & inventory records
• Follow SOPs and processes for order handling, packing & dispatch
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues
• Ensure orders are processed within defined TAT/SLA
Requirements:
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge & ability to operate web-based applications
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Experience in spare parts, warehouse, retail or order operations is an advantage
