JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our team in the Water Treatment Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for executing in office equipment installations, conducting site visits, and providing technical support once deals are closed and negotiated by our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Visit client sites to perform on-site installation, commissioning, and technical servicing of water treatment plants and equipment.
Take over client accounts from the Sales & Marketing team post-deal closure to manage site readiness and technical handover.
Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, and address client queries promptly.
Assist in reviewing plant design layouts, technical specifications, and preparing quotations for service upgrades or spare parts.




Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth site operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate site visit logs, installation reports, and service documentation.
Assist the Tele Sales team during the initial onboarding period to build deep product and customer domain knowledge.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma / Any Graduate).
+1 Years of experience
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel locally to client sites for installations, site surveys, and technical maintenance.
Strong spoken communication, analytical, and practical problem-solving skills.
Quick learner with a strong desire to understand water treatment technologies and machinery operations.
