Job Title: SUSE Linux L4 Specialist

Location: Pan India (Remote)

Experience: 10+ years in Linux Administration with substantial experience in SUSE Linux enterprise environments

Job Summary:

Experienced SUSE Linux L4 Specialist responsible for providing advanced support, architecture guidance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for enterprise Linux environments. Acts as the highest level of technical escalation and drives platform stability, security, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L4 support for SUSE Linux servers in production and critical environments.
- Troubleshoot complex OS, kernel, boot, storage, networking, and performance issues.
- Perform system tuning, patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.




- Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Automate administration tasks using Shell scripting and configuration management tools.
- Support virtualization, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.

Required Skills:

- Robust expertise in SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES).
- Advanced knowledge of Linux kernel, LVM, file systems, networking, and clustering.
- Experience with Shell scripting, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms, cloud technologies, and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
