We are hiring for the position of Sales Trader cum Dealer (Derivatives) with a leading financial services organization.
Experience: 3 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage institutional derivative trading activities.
- Handle arbitrage trades for DII, Mutual Fund, FPI, and Proprietary books.
- Generate trade ideas involving spreads, rollovers, dividends, and arbitrage opportunities.
- Coordinate with institutional clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze derivative, quantitative, and technical research reports to support trading decisions.
- Ensure efficient order execution, monitoring, and trade confirmations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Institutional Derivative Sales Trading and Dealing.
- Solid understanding of arbitrage strategies, dividend plays, and roll concepts.
- Established network and relationships with institutional clients.
- Advanced Excel skills, including automation of order updates and trade confirmations.
- Familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to interpret quantitative, derivative, and technical chart-based reports.
- Post-graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
