- Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Contact customers to inform them about dealership services and offers.
- Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding service bookings and enquiries.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Encourage customers to book service appointments and visit the dealership.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12th-pass candidate with at least 6 months of telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience.
- Good communication and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable making customer calls and handling follow-ups.
- Organised, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work full time in a dealership environment.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹5,000 based on performance
- Salary depends on skills and experience.
