Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to handle student inquiries, explain our Clinical Research training programs, follow up with prospective students, and convert leads into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
- Counsel pharmacy graduates and life sciences students about career opportunities in Clinical Research.
- Follow up with interested leads and address queries regarding course fees, training, and placement assistance.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up updates in Excel or CRM.
- Follow up consistently with old leads and maintain good student relationships.




- Submit daily sales reports and update the team lead on progress.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, and customer handling.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- EligibilityAny graduate; pharmacy or life sciences graduates are preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or educational sales is an advantage.
- Performance ExpectationsComplete daily calling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate lead data and timely updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
- Ensure skilled communication with prospective students.

Location: Hyderabad
