Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on skills training to rural students, farmers, and Women Self-Help Group (WSHG) members across Maharashtra.
- Partner with grassroots organizations to promote awareness and mobilize students.
- Motivate learners to embrace innovative technologies for self-employment and entrepreneurship.
- Engage stakeholdersincluding parents, community leaders, social sector representatives, and funding partnersfor seamless program execution.
- Design and execute social media campaigns to boost awareness.

Candidate Profile:

- Electrical section: Hans-on & practical working skills in basics of for electrical fittings, home-appliance repair, basic soldering.
- Workshop section:



Hans-on & practical working skills in Metal fabrication, sheet-metal bending, CNC.
- Passionate about social change and educational upliftment for rural underprivileged communities.
- Age 20-25 years, with 2+ years in education, vocational/STEM training, rural development, or related fields (freshers with robust hands-on skills and excellent verbal/written communication are welcome).
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, welding, machine mechanics, CNC etc
