We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join Revcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings,



property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to convert prospective customers into successful sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
