*Job Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across branches. The role involves backend operations, inter-department coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Operations Executives play a key role in ensuring efficiency and seamless functioning of business activities.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Support day-to-day backend operations and ensure smooth workflow across branches

* Coordinate with management to resolve operational queries and issues

* Visit branches when required to support operational setup and execution

* Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency





* Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement strategies

* Ensure timely communication and coordination between departments

*Requirements*

* Graduate or currently pursuing graduation

* Freshers or candidates with experience in customer support, tele calling, backend operations, or customer service preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently

* Good command of spoken English

* Willingness to work on weekends as per business requirements
