3. Achieve monthly collection targets and improve collection efficiency.
4. Identify overdue accounts, follow up on missed payments, and minimize delinquency.
5. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding EMIs and payment schedules.
6. Update collection records, payment status, and daily collection reports in the company system.
7. Coordinate with the Branch Manager and relevant teams for overdue cases and payment-related issues.
8. Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices while dealing with customers.
