- Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and property preferences.
- Explain residential projects, configurations, pricing and amenities.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Assist senior sales executives and managers in closing property deals.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, site visit and monthly sales targets.




- Stay updated on Bengaluru real estate projects and market trends.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. No prior real estate experience required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi or English; Kannada is an added advantage.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Willingness to learn real estate sales and customer handling.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Comfortable with calling, customer meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory.
