- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle B2C sales inquiries from students and working professionals for IT training and certification courses.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into paid enrollments.
- Identify and approach corporate clients for B2B training opportunities.
- Connect with HR and L&D; teams to understand corporate training requirements.
- Prepare quotations, share proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or telecalling.
- Knowledge of IT training and certification programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred CandidateExperience in IT Training, EdTech, Qualified Certification, or Corporate Training sales will be an added advantage.
