GROWEALTH REALTY is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive!

? Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience and communication skills)

? Experience: 0-2 Years

? Working Hours: Male – 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM | Female – 10:15 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and referrals

? Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

? Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers/investors

? Build and maintain robust relationships with clients for long-term engagement

? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

? Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

? Stay updated on real estate market trends,



pricing, and competitor projects
