Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, confident, and motivated candidates to join our stock broking and financial services business.

The selected candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, Demat account opening, relationship management, client portfolio monitoring, and promoting financial investment products.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesNew Client Acquisition: Generate leads and acquire new clients for Demat and Trading Accounts through calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
3. Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor client portfolios, track investment performance and risk, and coordinate portfolio reviews with authorized professionals.
4. Financial Product Sales: Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Equity Investments, PMS, and other financial products according to client needs and suitability.
5. Business Development: Identify recent business opportunities, develop referral partnerships, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
6. Investor Awareness Activities: Organize client meetings,



investor education sessions, seminars, and local marketing activities.
7. Customer Support: Assist clients with account opening, KYC, trading-related queries, investment transactions, and other service requests.
8. Compliance: Follow company policies, SEBI regulations, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any stream.
- Freshers and candidates with financial services experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, mutual funds, and investments preferred.
- Sales, marketing, and customer-handling ability.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to meet clients and perform field activities.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.
