Job Description – Bartender

Location: Andheri West, Infinity Mall, Mumbai

Experience: 1–5 Years in Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Hotels, or Entertainment Hospitality Industry Key

Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and standards.

• Maintain high-quality beverage presentation and consistency.

• Interact with guests and provide beverage recommendations.

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with regulations.

• Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.

• Support promotional events and enhance guest experience.

Requirements: • 1–5 years of bartending experience in a similar environment.

• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mocktails.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

• Ability to work in high-volume service environments.

• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
