We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive the brand’s marketing activities across social media, YouTube, e-commerce marketplaces, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns. The role will focus on building the brand’s digital presence, increasing engagement, and driving sales through Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.

 Plan and manage content calendars, Reels, campaigns, product content, and brand communication.

 Manage and grow the brand’s YouTube channel, including content planning, publishing, SEO, and performance tracking.

 Manage brand presence on Amazon and Flipkart, including listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, promotions, and advertising.

 Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, rankings, reviews, and marketplace performance.

 Plan and execute digital, marketplace, influencer, and festive campaigns.

 Identify and manage relevant influencers, creators, chefs, and lifestyle partners.

 Track marketing performance, budgets, ROI/ROAS, and provide actionable insights.

 Monitor competitors, market trends,



and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

 Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution. Key KPIs

 YouTube subscribers, views, and watch time

 Amazon & Flipkart sales and conversion

 Marketplace visibility and advertising ROI/ROAS

 Product ratings and reviews

 Influencer campaign reach and performance Candidate Profile

 Experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce marketing.

 Hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube.

 Experience with Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces is strongly preferred.

 Solid understanding of social media, content, influencer, and e-commerce marketing.

 Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

 Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of marketing activities.

 Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer products, kitchen, home, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
