About the Role

D wholesaler are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage online orders received through WhatsApp, coordinate with customers, and ensure every order is processed and delivered smoothly from start to finish.

- Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage customer orders through WhatsApp and other online channels.
- Contact customers to confirm orders, product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery addresses.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending confirmations and order-related queries.
- Enter and maintain accurate order details in the company's system or order sheet.
- Coordinate with the packing, inventory, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Share order confirmation, dispatch updates, and delivery information with customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and handle order-related issues professionally.
- Maintain proper records of orders, cancellations, returns, and customer communication.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience, from receiving the order to successful delivery.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, smartphones, and basic computer applications.




- Robust follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail while recording customer and order information.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-focused attitude.
