Job Description

Electronica Finance Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join its team at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads for loan products through direct sourcing and market visits.

- Source customers for Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Machinery Loans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to loan application submission.





- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure quality business sourcing.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the lending or financial services industry.

- Mandatory: Experience in Business Loans, Personal Loans, or Machinery Loans.
