Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage builder relationships, coordinate property transactions, support sales operations, and identify new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a minimum of 5 builder visits/meetings daily.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers.

- Identify and onboard new real estate projects.

- Coordinate property transactions, brokerage, and payment follow-ups.

- Manage Agreement for Sale documentation, stamp duty, and client signatures.

- Ensure timely completion of agreements and transaction-related formalities.

- Conduct market surveys and monitor prevailing property rates.

- Coordinate with the sales, admin, and executive teams.

- Arrange project training sessions for the sales team.





- Coordinate project advertisements, video content, and marketing creatives.

- Follow up with builders after every successful sale.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in real estate, builder coordination, or channel partner management.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Knowledge of real estate documentation and brokerage processes.

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
