- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials (lumber, drywall, concrete, insulation) and MEP systems (HVAC units, conduits, wiring, pipes, fittings, valves).
- B2B & Bulk Sales: Generate quotes, manage commercial orders, process bulk discounts, and coordinate deliveries for construction sites.
- Order Tracking & Special Orders: Process special orders for non-stocked items and coordinate with manufacturers or distributors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Department Upkeep: Organize heavy and technical inventory, ensure proper safety labeling, and maintain a clean, accessible commercial desk or sales aisle.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure recommended products comply with regional building, electrical, and plumbing codes.

Only Male Candidates from south mumbai - Age minimum 30yrs+
