Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Royal Enfield Dealership, Pune | Full time

Role: Call prospects, follow up on leads, update the DMS, and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test rides, and bookings.

Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to enquiries from walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into bookings
- Update every call, follow-up, and lead status in the DMS on the same day
- Invite prospects for test rides and showroom visits
- Meet monthly targets for calls, visits, and conversions

Requirements

- Graduate (12th pass with experience considered)
- 0–2 years in telecalling, CRM, or sales (automobile experience preferred)
- Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Working knowledge of DMS/CRM and MS Office
- Target-driven, with good follow-up discipline
