Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and convert inquiries into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Follow up with customers and close pending deals.
- Maintain product knowledge across electronics, home appliances, lighting, and electrical products.
- Coordinate with the billing, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain showroom display and submit daily sales reports.
Required Skills: Positive communication, customer handling, convincing skills, product knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
Experience: Retail sales experience preferred.
