We are looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery and fashion, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Showcase jewellery collections, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, gemstones, and certifications, wherever applicable.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, billing coordination,



and after-sales service.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads through calls and messages.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, offers, and competitor activities.
- Follow company policies and ensure accurate handling of jewellery inventory and transactions.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
- Skilled grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS billing systems are an advantage.
