Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career options
- Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-ups for admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and enrollment procedures clearly
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up
- Maintain student inquiry records and admission reports
- Coordinate with the academic and admin team for smooth admission processing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle admissions targets and student queries confidently
